Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Providing 24/7 on-call and office, hours on-site administration and operational support for all network related issues.
- Strong knowledge of network routing protocol such as BGP, OSPF.
- Ensuring all network support services are delivered within service level agreements.
- Responsible for network design and implementation.
- Managing of Cisco router, Arista/Huawei wireless controller, access point , firewalls, SASE Cloud.
- Perform system hardening and patch deployment.
- Work on network related budget and workplan.
- Management of network related contracts.
- Explore new technology that could improve the workflow.
- Automation of the network work process to enhance operation efficiency.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution, debugging network-related problem.
- Ability to self-manage projects and provide timely update on progress.
- Understand latest network/security threats and issues and mitigation solutions.
- Network incident management.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing.
- Work on any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Skills:
- Hands-on configuration skill for different brands of firewall.
- Network architecture: LAN, WAN, WIFI.
- Network management: monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization.
- Time management: Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines.
- Language Skill: Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Years of Relevant Experience:
- 2-3 years of established experience in a Network Architect role or equivalent.
- Experience in managing complexity network, knowledge of network routing protocol like BGP, OSPF.
- Education Qualification(s):
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP ,PCNSE.
- Cloud relevant certificate.

- Possess good interpersonal skills to work with infrastructure teams from different work culture and an analytical mind sets to resolve and provide solutions.
